Welcome to Cedar Springs and Storm Mountain!
This website contains information about living in this area. It includes the Protective Covenants, By Laws and other documents that govern our Improvement Association belonging to Filings 3 and 4 (see enclosed maps), however Filings 1 and 2 are considered Cedar Springs and the remaining area is considered Cedar Park.

Most all of our parcels are zoned Residential and they must follow Larimer County building codes and the Colorado Department of Health regulations along with Cedar Springs Architectural controls.
Annual dues at this time are $50/lot/year, due on the 1st of December, payable in 30 days to pay for the following year. CSIA, PO Box 8, Drake, CO 80515, no invoices will be mailed as per resident vote.
Once you get settled you will want to contact John at strong@stormmountain.org to be added to our mountain email group. This email is open to residents and property owners in the greater Storm Mountain area.
New residents must contact the Board within 30 days with accurate mailing address, phone numbers and email address to complete your records. If any of the information changes please contact the Cedar Springs Improvement Association Board.

Association Dues is Due by December 31st. Click the button below to process your payment. Your annual lot fee is $50 per lot. If you are unsure of the amount you owe, please email us for the correct amount. A $2.50 Convenience Fee is added to cover processing. Please make sure we get your physical and mailing address.
Larimer County handles issuing of burn permits for our area.
Anything larger that a recreational campfire requires a permit.
