Special Member's Meeting
The HOA Board is holding a special members' meeting on February 1st at 5:00 p.m. at the firehouse to discuss the proposal to dissolve the HOA. A copy of the proposal will be available at the meeting and is also available in the last blog. All members are encouraged to attend.

Recommendation, Proposal, and Plan for HOA Dissolution
The Board of Directors recommends dissolution of the Association for the following reasons: No Remaining Responsibilities The lake is owned and maintained by the lake owners. Roads are maintained by the Public Improvement District (PID). The Association owns no common property. No Enforcement Authority The Association may only recommend compliance with Larimer County laws. Enforcement authority rests solely with Larimer County. No Benefit to Continued Existence Mandatory dues

Upcoming HOA Meeting
This is for all who are in the HOA. We are holding a meeting at the Firehouse (Station 9 - the one up here) on Saturday, January 17th, at 5 pm . This meeting is to discuss dissolving the HOA. Members will discuss options and hold a vote on this matter. We will have ballots available so neighbors can pass these on to their neighbors. We will be asking for community help as we need a certain amount of votes to finally get this finished. We have posted the minutes on the website
